COVID-19 UPDATE
New Required Health & Safety Measurements
In re-opening our business and ensuring the health & safety of our clients and employees during the COVID-19 crisis, we have enhanced our processes and added required protocols.
in continuation of our commitment to providing a safe, clean and relaxing environment, we have added additional measurements to the way we operate from check in, to check out of services, purchasing of retail items and forward moving focus on cleanliness.
This includes products used in our processes of disinfecting all surfaces. We are using PhD disinfectant (Killing 99.9% bacteria and viruses, (a safe, effective Non-Alcohol sanitizer meeting CDC guidelines and FDA requirements).
We continue with our health & safety standards in wiping down areas with PhD products, changing every aspect of linen after each session and washing them in hot water and using Pure (Organic detergent with 5 effective and safe ingredients), an added required bleach meeting required guidelines, and hot heat for dry.
Staff has been trained with the additional protocols of mandatory requirement of wearing required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). i.e. masks, gloves and face shields, proper hand washing and area disinfecting processes.
As we anticipate the changes in our world to higher levels of disease control for our industry, we are expanding further in finding new technologies for touch free check in, and check out, and payment within our safe and relaxing environment.
