Do I have to make an appointment?

To be prepared for an appointment, Broad Ripple Massage & Wellness (BRMW) has to make the necessary preparations for each individual.  Your wellness is different than another client's wellness so we make sure your needs are met with the time that works best for you. 

Can I prepay for services?

Absolutely!  This does not include any gratuity you might want to give your therapist.  Please call our office if you have any questions about prepaying for any of our services or visit our "Gift Card" area on the menu bar.

Do you honor competitor coupons?

Some facilities claim to offer equal services as BRMW but they are in fact not the same.  If you're seeing a franchise location, you'll get "fast-food" service.  Please check with our event page for monthly specials and incentives.  As always, all of our clients are rewarded with discounted rates with their massage therapist as we specialize in the continued wellness of our clients.
